The RTH21007-10 amplifier and RTH26007-10 hybrid Doherty amplifier are designed for applications such as 4G/LTE systems, indoor or outdoor small cells, DAS (distributed antenna systems), RRH (remote radio head) and general-purpose use.

Both devices achieve efficiency of 43% and power 7 W over their respective frequency ranges: 2110 MHz to 2170 MHz for the 21007 and 2610 MHz to 2690 MHz for the 26007. They have footprints of 28 x 19 mm and profiles of 4,8 mm and 6 mm respectively, on an aluminium nitride board which provides excellent thermal dissipation.

For more wideband requirements, the RFC1G21H4-24 and RFC1G21H4-24-S operate from 20 MHz to 1000 MHz. They are designed for wideband communication system platforms and have a typical P3dB of 36 dBm at room temperature.

The RFC1G21H4-24 and RFC1G21H4-24-S are targeted at application in communication systems, acousto optic modulators and general-purpose devices. They offer a typical gain of 21 dB with flatness of ±1,5 dB. The operating temperature of these products is from -20°C to +80°C and they typically draw 550 mA at +24 V d.c.
