ZMDI has released the ZSPM9015 integrated MOSFET-plus-driver (DrMOS) power stage solution for high-current, high-frequency, synchronous buck DC-DC applications.
In combination with ZMDI’s compatible smart power management product family, theZSPM9015 enables area constrained and high-performance applications, such as servers, storage units, processor boards and field-programmable gate array (FPGA) boards.
The DrMOS device is compatible with ZMDI’s ZSPM10xx family of configurable digital power management system controllers for non-isolated POL supplies and other pulse-width modulation (PWM) controllers. It is available in a 40-pin QFN package measuring 6 x 6 mm, giving a 72% space saving compared to conventional discrete solutions.
