CompactFlash cards for industrial systems

Delkin has introduced new memory cards in the CompactFlash form factor with up to 64 GB capacity. Utilising high-density single-level cell (SLC) NAND Flash and the latest in controller technology, these cards can achieve read speeds up to 105 MBps and write speeds up to 95 MBps.

The cards are built to withstand extreme environmental conditions such as those found in military and aerospace applications. The 32 and 64 GB CF cards can operate in temperatures ranging from of -40°C to 85°C and also boast shock and vibration resistance.

The memory cards are compliant with the CompactFlash specification Rev. 4.1 and feature memory, PCMCIA I/O and True IDE (PIO6, DMA4 and UDMA 6) modes. They can be supplied as fixed or removable versions and with custom labels and packaging.
