Euroquartz has launched two new ranges of high-precision, low-jitter oscillators that are available on very short lead times.
Typically available in as little as five to 10 days, the new HTQF and HPQF series have been developed as precision frequency control components providing CMOS (HTQF) and LVPECL (HPQF) output clock oscillators offering low current consumption, wide operating frequency ranges and an integrated phase jitter performance of 1,0 ps and 0,6 ps rms respectively.
Both series are housed in a choice of two industry-standard surface mount packages measuring 7 x 5 mm and 5 x 3,2 mm. They are available with 2,5 or 3,3 V supply voltage and feature a tri-state function to conserve power.
The HTQF series is available in frequencies from 10 to 245 MHz with frequency stability of ±50 ppm over -40°C to +85°C. Current consumption is less than 18 mA at 50 MHz and output load is 15 pF. HPQF series oscillators are available with frequency range from 10 to 1450 MHz with frequency stability of ±50 ppm over -40 to +85°C. Their current consumption is less than 46 mA at 100 MHz and output load is differential.
The new devices are ideal for use in a wide range of precision frequency control applications including telecom, data storage devices, WLAN, Ethernet, base stations and fast communications. Supplied on EIA 16 mm tape and reel in quantities of 1000, they are RoHS compliant and lead free, as well as being reflow solder compatible.
