Ingun has designed the new screw-in HSS-623 M probe to meet the requirements of testing power components that are getting smaller and smaller. Due to the small internal resistance, currents of up to 100 A in a grid size of 7,6 mm can be transferred safely and reliably.
Due to its hard-wearing design, this probe is also suitable for rough production environments. It is assembled in a receptacle which can be wired either by means of a thread for a ring-lug or with a solder tab.
Also new is the HSS-624 M which, at the same time as transferring high currents in the same range as the 623, can be used to carry out voltage measurement directly on the contact pads (4-pole measurement). The probe is assembled in a receptacle which is connected up by means of a thread for a ring-lug. The Kelvin contact on the receptacle is wired up via a solder hole.
