Delta Electronics has extended the 3-phase models for its CliQ II DIN rail power supply series with a 240 W product offering 24 V output voltage. The DRP024V240W3B is encased in a sturdy and non-corrosive full aluminium body that can withstand shock (30 G) and vibration (3 G) according to the IEC 60068-2 standard. It operates over a wide temperature range from -25°C to 75°C.
The design enables operation over a wide input range with 3-phase at 320 to 600 V a.c. or 2-phase at 360 to 600 V a.c., with no power derating across the entire range. The 150% power boost duration has now increased to 5 seconds, as compared to 3 seconds with the first generation of CliQ.
Like the rest of the models in the CliQ family, conformal coating is applied on the printed circuit board assemblies to protect against dust and chemical pollutants. Hazardous locations approval to ATEX and Class I, Div 2 are also available as options.
