Central Semiconductor has released its new ultra-low leakage switching diode CMDD6001 in the SOD-323 surface-mount package. This device offers a leakage current of 500 pA maximum. This device is also available in the standard SOT-23 package in single (CMPD6001), common anode (CMPD6001A), common cathode (CMPD-6001C) and dual-in-series (CMPD6001S) configurations and will soon be available in the SOD-523 package (CMOD6001).
