The TSX63x and TSX63xA series of operational amplifiers from STMicroelectronics offer low-voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. The TSX631 is a single version, TSX632 a dual version and TSX634 a quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The A-suffix parts offer enhanced input offset voltage characteristics (500 V versus 1 mV).
The devices offer a 200 kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming 60 A maximum at 16 V. They are housed in tiny industrial packages and are ideal for sensor interfaces and industrial signal conditioning. Their wide temperature range and high ESD tolerance make them suitable for use in harsh automotive applications.
