MPS offers a family of low-voltage (6 V) and mid-voltage (21 – 24 V) DC-DC conversion modules providing from 600 mA to 3 A load current. The MPM3820 and MPM3830 are monolithic step-down switch mode converters with built-in power MOSFETs and inductor. They are surface mounting and available in a 3 x 5 x 1,6 mm QFN package.
The devices can achieve 2 A and 3 A continuous output current from 2,7 V to 6 V input voltage with excellent load and line regulation, and their output voltage can be regulated as low as 0,6 V. For adjustable output, only input, output capacitors and FB resistors are needed to complete the design.
Lastly, the MP4050 is a constant current LED driver integrated with an internal 500 V MOSFET. It is specifically designed for energy efficient and low cost LED bulk replacement applications.
