Kingbright is now offering its surface mount LED series KP-1608 (0603 package), KP-2012 (0805 package), KP-3216 (1206 package), KPTD-3216 (1206 dome lens package) and KA-3528 (PLCC-2 package) in super-bright versions. Also available are right-angle surface mount devices in the KPA-1606, KPA-2106 and KPA-3010 series, as well as through-hole LEDs in 3 mm (L-7104 series) and 5 mm (7113 series) packages.
These new models come in reddish-orange, green and yellow. The reddish-orange has a dominant wavelength of 625 nm, the green a dominant wavelength of 525 nm and the yellow a dominant wavelength of 590 nm. Applications are varied and include indication, network devices, consumer electronics, medical equipment, handheld products and icon/text indications.
