The TBS1000B series of two-channel digital oscilloscopes is designed for extensive monitoring and analysis activities. Made by Tektronix, versatility is ensured by features like 34 automated measurements, up to 200 MHz bandwidth, limit testing, data logging, dual-channel frequency counters, waveform trending and up to 2 GSps sample rate.
The instruments come standard with a 7” high-resolution TFT display for a clear view of signals and critical on-screen information. Their user interface is inspired by the award winning Tektronix MSO/DPO series of instruments, and is complemented by a TrendPlot feature and context-sensitive help menu. The interface provides quick access to all oscilloscope functions and includes a high-resolution pan and zoom feature which can show signal details at up to 10 times normal resolution.
