Providing a complete drop-in replacement solution, VCC’s expanded offering of LED replacement lamps and holders combine simple and fast assembly with reliability and ruggedness. The direct replacement LED indicators are designed to provide high-brightness indication with low current draw and low heat generation.
Reducing maintenance and repair costs, the parts increase lamp life by up to 10 times compared to incandescents. Available in several standard configurations, with custom versions available upon request, the lamps are offered in T-3 1/4 bayonet (24 mm height, single LED), T-3 1/4 bayonet (28 mm height, multi LED), T-1 3/4 midget flange (16 mm height), T-1 3/4 midget groove (16 mm height), T-1 3/4 wedge base (20 mm height) and T-3 1/4 wedge base (25 mm height) formats.
Meeting a wide range of performance standards for aerospace, automotive, consumer, industrial, medical and safety applications, the LED lamps are resistant to shock and vibration, and boast average lifespans of 100 000 hours. They can be used together with VCC lamp holders for easy assembly into any product design or retrofit application.
The parts have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and are available in standard colours of red, green, yellow, blue and clear; custom colours are available upon request.
