GKG, China’s premier maker of fully automatic SMT vision printers with a monthly production capacity of more than 120 machines, justifiably boasts of the fact that its top-of-the-range GL model has been used extensively in the production of the iPhone 6.
The GL series is designed for printed circuit boards (PCBs) with a maximum size of 510 x 510 mm; the smaller G5 model shares similar features for boards up to 400 x 310 mm. The printer comes standard with advanced features such as stencil position memory (SPM), auto pressure check (APC), auto PCB thickness adjustment, a combination of top/side PCB clamping and underside PCB support.
Additionally, the GL features a rigid and stable machine body and base structure to perform accurate paste printing for 01005 (0201) components. The printer provides numerous benefits to users including a core cycle time of less than 8,5 seconds, and intuitive operation for quick and easy model changeover.
