BitScope’s Micro Model 5 is a mixed-signal oscilloscope with a powerful logic protocol analyser, waveform and pattern generator, spectrum analyser and data recorder in one lightweight and waterproof, USB powered package. It is fully user programmable, captures digital and analog signals simultaneously at high speed to a 12 K buffer, and can stream continuously direct to disk.
The instrument is compatible with Raspberry Pi, Windows, Mac OS X and Linux on x86 and ARM. It boasts two channels with 20 MHz bandwidth, allowing it to sample at rates up to 40 MSps. Analog sample resolution is 12 bits and eight logic/timing signals can be captured along with cross-triggers for multi-channel mixed signal measurements. SPI, CAN, I²C, UART and logic timing signals can be captured concurrently to solve complex system control problems.
The Micro Model 5 kit includes a set of 10 test leads with grabber clips, a pair of colour coded analog shorting plugs and a connection keycard.
