Otto Wireless Solutions launches product training campaign

8 April 2015 News

The elevation of Otto Wireless Solutions' prominence within the South African electronics industry over recent years has brought the company to the enviable position where it is expanding not only its horizons, but its office premises as well.

Following its recent introduction of an antenna installation service in Gauteng, the company is now launching a programme of structured, regular training sessions on its product range to satisfy interest from its growing customer base. According to general manager, Chris Viveiros, response to the first email invitation sent out saw all available seats booked within two days, and a repeat session has been planned for the following week to accommodate the overflow.

The company plans to make these seminars a monthly occurrence, and will tailor them towards designers, developers and system level integrators, with an emphasis on demonstrating the functional usability of its product range. Viveiros is so confident and committed to this programme that he is having a new extension built to the company’s Randburg premises, which includes an open-plan sales office to accommodate the growing sales force, a lab area and two management offices, as well as extra parking space.

Dataweek’s events column will keep readers up to date on Otto Wireless Solutions' upcoming seminars.
