GKG’s lineup of SMT solder paste printers encompasses a selection of machines tailored for a range of production requirements. These include the GL and the K3-II, both featuring an adjustable, automatic conveyor system and automatic stencil cleaning (dry/wet/vacuum).
The GL caters for PCB sizes up to 510 x 510 mm and boasts a 2D inspection function and swappable monitor position as standard. Its adjustable stencil frame accommodates sizes ranging from 480 x 500 mm to 730 x 730 mm without the need for an adaptor. Its core cycle time is below 8,5 seconds.
The large platform K3-II model is designed for PCBs as large as 610 x 610 mm and features a stencil frame adjustable between 650 x 650 mm and 850 x 850 mm (no adaptor required) and a core cycle time below 9,5 seconds.
Both printers have a rigid and stable body structure, with features including automatic conveyor width adjustment, patented PCB ‘Flexible Auto Clamp’ (FAC) system, stencil position memory function for easy and quick model changeover, and a user-friendly, intuitive to use Windows 7 or higher operating system.
