Cooling units for Alutronic’s high-power LK series have been developed for forced cooling by modestly sized fans for semiconductor modules with an electrically insulated thermal contact surface.
Two mounting surfaces are provided for mounting semiconductor modules.
Weighing in at 2300 g with a fan attached and measuring 104,5 x 80 x 279=8 mm, the units can dissipate up to 200 Watts with a maximum thermal resistance of 0,2 K/W. For double sided device mounting the other side can also be milled flat, and for corrosion protection all aluminium elements are chromated to conform with RoHS.
