Featured at SMT Hybrid Packaging 2015 in Nuremberg, Germany, the Zestron EYE CM (Concentration Management) is a standalone concentration management system that automatically monitors and controls wash bath concentration in real time by dosing both cleaning agent and DI-water as required.
Unlike other measuring methods such as refractive index, the system provides accurate cleaning bath concentration measurements for electronics cleaning processes even in the presence of flux residues. Utilising the company’s EYE 3-P technology, the monitored parameters are saved directly into the controller for up to two years, ensuring process traceability. The system easily integrates with all types of batch and inline cleaning systems.
