kolb’s PSB600 H90 is a fully automatic, XXL high-volume PCB cleaning system featuring the industry’s largest process chamber in a batch system. This helps it achieve a capacity of 860 (19 m²) eurocards in one cleaning cycle, corresponding to a relative cleaning time of 6,5 seconds per card.
This German engineered and manufactured machine specialises in the process-safe, ultra-fine cleaning of assembled PCBs, hybrids (HDIs, SiPs) and misprints from reflow flux residues, resin, copper, oxide and soldering support substances. Its parallel three-tank, three-circuit configuration with closed loop water reprocessing ensures short cycle times as well as low running cost.
PSB600 H90 systems, equipped with loading and unloading automats, can be coupled to highly efficient, super mass plants.
