Desco’s 19500 model benchtop ioniser features adjustable high-volume airflow up to a maximum of 117 CFM, providing superior performance in neutralising static charges at greater distances in a true laminar flow system. Its auto-balanced AC ionising system achieves less than two seconds discharge time at 30 cm, thanks to a Faraday balance system with ±5 V offset which maintains a balanced ion output with less ion recombination.
The system makes use of gold plated emitters for longer life and consistent performance, and includes a fixed temperature heater that removes chill from the air for improved worker comfort and productivity. Its multi-mount stand makes it suitable for use on a benchtop or for custom mounting applications. A grounding jack is included for operator personnel grounding with a wrist strap or other grounding requirements.
The ioniser is calibrated with accepted procedures and standards traceable to the American National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
