The TMDC 20-4811 from Traco Power is a 20 W, 5,1 V single-output DC to DC converter module in a fully encapsulated, low-profile plastic case. It comes in a chassis mount version with screw terminal block.
The converter has a 4:1 input voltage range (18 V to 75 V) and tight output voltage regulation with hiccup mode, automatic recovery short circuit protection. It does not need a minimum load and features high efficiency at low-load conditions, a remote on/off control input and a green LED to indicate the presence of output voltage.
With EMC characteristics and safety certifications aligned for operation in industrial and residential environments, the TMDC 20-4811 has EN 61000-4-2, air ±8 kV, contact ±4 kV (criteria A) ESD protection.
