Littelfuse offers a wide portfolio of discrete TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode devices ranging from 200 W to 30 kW including ultra high-power AK families up to 15 kA. The company’s AS9100 certified facility provides specialised upscreening services based upon Specification MIL-PRF-19500 for robust Hi-Rel TVS diodes that are suitable for applications requiring higher reliability performance under harsh conditions.

These components are well suited for aerospace applications, such as fly-by-wire flight control, engine control, power supply/distribution, cockpit electronic equipment and displays, air conditioning, on-board infotainment systems, radar systems, advanced airborne digital computers and airfield lighting. They are also suitable for a wide variety of military, industrial and medical applications.
