At this year’s IPC APEX Expo, GKG débuted the GL Plus printer, designed for printed circuit boards (PCB) with a maximum size of 510 x 510 mm. The printer comes standard with advanced features such as stencil position memory (SPM), auto pressure check (APC), auto PCB thickness adjustment, and a combination of top/side PCB clamping and bottom-side PCB support pins as a location guidance system.
The GL Plus comes equipped with a unique stencil inspection function and real-time solder paste rolling diameter check function. These enable the user to perform any mix and any volume of production demand with an elevated level of confidence in the machine’s self-checking functions.
The machine features a rigid and stable machine body base structure to perform accurate paste printing for 03015 components. Other features include a core cycle time of less than 8,5 seconds, and intuitive operation for quick and easy model changeover.
