Bourns has announced the addition of a new model to its tact switch product line. This STSM is a momentary tactile switch with a small footprint for space limited applications. Available in a new 3,5 x 6 mm surface-mount package, this switch offers high performance and reliability with low cost.
The STSM tact switch features: small footprint; surface mountable; 160 g or 320 g actuation forces, and 4,3 mm or 5 mm button heights.
Applications include consumer electronics such as games and audio equipment that have limited space for buttons to select multiple functions and/or features.
