These devices embed a full set of protection functions (over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature) in multiple package options, all offering compactness and high thermal performances to fit different applications. ST also has a unique and fully isolated, resonant, single-stage direct conversion from 48 V straight to the point-of-load, CPU/DDR in full compliance to Intel VR13 and VR12.5 specifications, and a fully scalable solution able to manage up to six interleaved cells with dynamic cell shedding and pulse skipping.
