Automatic inserter for through-hole assembly

Blakell's Robin is a fully-automatic inserter for through-hole PCB assembly. All Robin configurations use a base machine which is available in three versions: axial only, axial/DIL and DIL only.
All have a capstan that will hold up to five different insertion heads. The optional 'radial component insertion' can be implemented by the addition of the 'radial feed mechanism' and corresponding insertion head.
The Robin Automatic Component Insertion System with the appropriate feeds and insertion heads can insert axial, DIL and radial components in a single pass. Quick changeover of axial magazines, DIL cassettes and radial types make Robin suitable for both long and short batch runs.
Key features are: 700+ insertions per hour; full random access; total component retention; dynamic batch changeover; management information system; local area networking.
The machine measures 2000 mm (H), 1753 mm (W); 1552 mm (D), and weighs approximately 550 kg.
