Central Semiconductor's new CMOZ2V4 and CMOZ2L4 series of Zener Diodes in SOD-523 package are ideal for voltage regulator applications requiring low leakage. Both series offer voltages from 2,4 to 43 V. The CMOZ2L4 series boasts an extremely low operating current level (250 µA). Packaged in the ULTRAmini SOD-523 case, these devices utilize 70% less board space than an SOD-123 or 55% less space than an SOD-323 and meet the design requirements for many of today's portable electronic products. With a nominal profile of 0,65mm these devices are also members of the SUBONE family of low profile devices. Zener Diode Series in SOD-523 Case (CMOZ2V4), and Low Current, Zener Diode Series in SOD-523 Case (CMOZ2L4).
