For users of open SMD-fuse holders with 5 x 20 fuse links who would like to reduce the costly process steps when assembling, Schurter offers a solution by providing its existing OGN-SMD product now also in blister tape of 400 pieces per roll. This new offer includes a wide range with fuse links pre-assembled, and optionally with covers as well.
The fuse links are versions of the quick-acting, time lag and super time lag Schurter standard types FSF, FST and FTT, which show the necessary solder resistance. They have the characteristic and approvals of the corresponding Schurter catalogue types and cover a range of 50 mA to 10 A. These products are used in almost all classical 5 x 20 applications areas as circuit protection in the household area, for manufacturing automats, battery chargers, measuring equipment, laboratory equipment, etc.
