Roithner's TP337 infrared sensor consists of a series of 116 thermoelements, forming a 0,545 mm2 sensitive area. It is hermetically sealed in a TO-5 metal can. Wavelength sensitivity range is between 5 µm to 14 µm. The thermopile infrared sensors have a time constant of 1 ms and a NEP noisepower of typ. 0,36 nW/sqrt. Hz. The devices are also available as modules. They have a measuring range from -20°C to 650°C with an analog or digital output.
