Mini-Circuits released the latest addition to its high-power amplifier range - the ZHL-20W-52 – utilising a high-power LDMOS transistor output stage. Its Class A operation accepts any kind of modulation, and the frequency range covers from the FM broadcast band up to the 70 cm Ham band.
The unit exhibits flatness of ±0,7 dB typical, high directivity of up to 25 dB, and a high gain of 50 dB. Featuring an OIP3 of +53 dBm and with a rugged design that eliminates damage with an open or short output load under full CW output power, the unit is protected against most of the common issues that blow amplifiers.
With an operating band of 70 to 500 MHz and 20 W of output power, the ZHL-20W-52 is suited for VHF/UHF, defence, laboratory and many other applications.
