Rhomco Electronic Assemblers, situated in Diep River Industrial Park, Cape Town, is a high quality sub-contracting manufacturing facility. The company's main focus is quality manufacturing of PCBs and products at competitive prices. All PCBs and products are assembled in accordance with the ISO 9002 quality management system, and assembly work is carried out to IPC-A-610 Rev C standards.
Rhomco says that its facility is very flexible and it has equipment and expertise that provides many benefits and services. The customer's changing needs are one of its specialities.
The Rhomco factory has a PCB layout design and prototype assembly capability that can manage any batch size, and because of economies of scale, clients can save time and money.
Automated SMT placement, THT and mixed assembly are offered, as well as automated component preparation and forming. The plant has stock control and component storage for clients, and Rhomco can also source and supply all one's components and PCBs if desired.
The dual wave soldering system can process boards up to 400 x 400 mm in size, and hand-soldering is done where required. PCB cleaning, conformal coating, resin potting, or RTV silicone applications are available, as well as fully-automated wire cutting and stripping for low and high volume. The company has dedicated computers and equipment available for testing.
The company also offers enclosure and mechanical assembly, final assembly and packaging, and full quality control and complete project management.
