At each manufacturer of PCBs with SMDs and in repair cases there should be a hot air system used. With the influence of direct contact soldering a component can be damaged from the beginning on, possibly shortening the lifetime of components.
EDSYN has developed a new hot air soldering system. The 1036DX-230 has a power of 130 W. The integrated pump is 80 W. All EDSYN systems are low-static and ESD-safe. With a temperature range of 204-427°C it is possible to work with sensitive and delicate devices.
The combination of a fast electronic temperature control and a new kind of PTC ceramic heating element guarantees a powerful hot air system. The system is designed for different working areas: hot air soldering and desoldering with a variety of tips; soldering with direct contact (easy tip change) without using hot air; or hot air combined with direct contact by using special crown-tips.
