Murata's chip-style wire-wound choke coils can cope with 5 A and are under 4,5 mm high. Exhibiting high common mode impedance with low differential mode, the DLW5A and B range is for DC power lines in high-speed digital equipment like HDTV, computers and peripherals. In IEA 2020 package they are rated at 0,2 to 5 A and 50 V d.c., DWV is 125 V and DC resistance is 3,0 Ohm or less. Typical common mode impedance values range from 190 to 4000 Ohm at 100 MHz. Packed in plastic tape in reels of 1500, designed for machine handling and flow soldering, they can be automatically processed.
