Semtronics' ZVI8200 overhead zero volt ioniser is specifically designed to deliver the same extended ionisation coverage normally found in much larger and more expensive units.
The ZVI8200 combines the effectiveness of steady-state DC ionisation with a flexible microcontroller design that is easy to adjust and easy to use. The ideal solution for production environments where space is limited, ZVI8200 with dimensions 89 x 165 x 1067 mm, fits neatly above the workbench. It protects sensitive electronic components from ESD damage by feeding an airflow rate of 100 cfm from each of three fans, providing steady-state DC ionisation with a typical ion balance of 0 V ±3 V.
The ZVI8200 has three air velocity speeds and up to 124 of these units can be daisy-chained into a single serial port. With alarm settings to check auto balance and a remote monitoring status for data output, specific problem areas can be pinpointed without the need to close down the system.
