PVA's benchtop motion platform for all automated adhesive and coating applications is a robust three-axis motion platform that features a large 400 mm2 work area with a programmable 100 mm Z-axis. The PVA550 has all axes driven by a brushless DC servo motor and features a precision-grade lead screw slide. This motion platform provides a repeatability of 0,025 mm. The PVA550 comes standard with an LCD screen and PathMaster Windows-based programming software with capabilities for online or offline path generation. A remote trackball teach pendant permits manual movement of the gantry to teach points while generating programs.
A highly flexible extruded aluminium frame comes with a tooling plate for a variety of mounting options to customise the application. The PV550 can be used in selective coating, potting, gasketing, meter-mix, solder paste, solder mask and many other automated dispensing processes.
