30 W DC/DC converters

Traco Power's Ten 30 family of isolated 30 W converters has a very high power density. These products come in a low profile 50 x 4 0x 10 mm shielded metal package with an industry standard footprint. The 10 models in the series feature wide 2:1 input ranges (18-36 and 36-75 V d.c.) and are available with single output voltages of 12, 5, 3,3, 2,5 and 1,8 V d.c. The max output current for all low voltage models is 6 A. The excellent efficiency (typ 88% for the 5 V models) allows operating ambient temperatures up to 60°C without derating. Under voltage shutdown, remote on/off, overload and over voltage protection are standard features. Typical applications for these new converter modules are communication systems, industrial electronics, mobile equipment and distributed power systems.
