1 W micro-size DC-DC converters

The industrial ROM and RBM series DC-DC converters from Recom are now available in a micro-size package. They offer high 3 kV d.c. isolation, extended operating temperature covering -40 to +85°C as standard, high efficiency and lower output ripple in a significantly smaller package. ROM is 11,5 x 6 x 7,5 mm and RBM is 16,5 x 6 x 7,5 mm. The full rated power can be taken from a single pin, provided this does not exceed 1 W.

The 4-pin (SIP4) single output ROM converters and 6-pin (SIP7) single and dual output RBM converters are available with inputs of 5, 9, 12, 15 and 24 V and output options of 5 V, 9 V and 15 V.

The ROM Micro Size DC-DC converter range has been designed for isolating or converting DC power rails, while the RBM converters complement Recom's industrial range which is widely used for PCB distributed power systems.
