Knitter Switch says its range of illuminated pushbutton and tap switches, the LP2 Series, is a well-researched and designed combination of small dimensions and high contact ratings. The inclusion of especially designed spring contacts satisfies customer’s requirements for keyboard and other electronic applications.
They feature: latching or nonlatching operation; square (one diode) or rectangular (two diode); red/green/yellow types; two colour rectangular customer legends are available.
The switches are PCB-mounted with solder pin terminations without bezel or they are snap-in solder tag terminations with bezel and mounting frame.
The fully sealed terminations are impervious to wavesoldering and subsequent cleaning processes. They are rated at 250 V a.c. 0,3 A. The contacts are silver plated (gold plated contacts available on request) and are good for at least 30 000 switchings.
