mec's 1X keycap is suited for all users needing a rectangular keycap measuring 7,4 x 9,4 mm and an overall switch height of 18,5 mm. These rectangular caps are the latest addition to mec's extensive range of highly aesthetic switch products.
Available in seven attractive solid colours the 1X cap also gives the user the choice of illumination in blue, green, yellow, red and in bi-colours green/yellow, red/green and red/yellow.
These new keycaps are designed to be used with the Multimec 3F switch that, in common with all Multimec switches, has a lifetime of at least 10 million operations and is sealed to IP67. The switches are available in through-hole and surface mount versions.
