Power capacitors

Facon manufactures capacitors suited for AC and DC applications, and filtering and commutation, or where high capacitance and/or high voltages are requested; special terminals with a large cross-section guarantee high current and high frequency operation.

Two types are:

* In paralelepydel plastic case, in self-extinguishing resin UL94V0, screw terminals M10, distance between terminals 55 mm.

* As cylindrical aluminium case, sealing cover in self-extinguishing resin UL94V0, screw terminals M10, distance between terminals 34 mm, fixing stud M12 x 12 mm.

Technical characteristics are: -25/+85°C; 50 Hz; capacitance category: ±5%; 2 x V r.d.c. peak voltage; and EN61071-1 rated. Service life at 40°C is 150 000 hours (100 000 hours at 70°C).
