PVA has introduced the PVA250 benchtop robot for adhesive dispensing applications. This is a rugged X, Y, Z platform that allows for coordinated motion in all axes simultaneously, permitting a smooth transition to odd-shaped or contoured surfaces.
The PVA250 features a fully integrated, compact design allowing portability. A large 400 x 400 x 100 mm work area permits dispensing on large components in a manually fed process. The PVA250 is programmed via PVA's PathMaster Windows-based software. Any PVA valve or syringe dispenser can be integrated onto the PVA250. The robot offers a positional repeatability of 0,04 mm and a resolution of 0,02 mm. It is ideal for any low to medium-sized dispensing application where high quality components, service and application support is necessary, even if a capital budget is limited, says the manufacturer.
