Optek's OSM910 position sensing detector is an analog silicon photodiode designed to accurately detect the position of a light spot projected onto its active area. The device can be configured with appropriate LEDs and circuitry to detect the location of objects from 5 mm to 3 m.
The OPR5013L is a 13-element infrared array. This device is designed to match the Optek OPR5013 phototransistor array. The pair is highly suited for 13-bit absolute encoder applications. Both these devices are available in SMD packages only.
