Recom's RTS and RTD product ranges are 2 W DC/DC-converters with single and dual outputs. In UL94V-0 SMD case that measures only 12,75 x 8,6 x 8,4 mm (single output - RTS) and 15,1 x 8,6 x 8,4 mm (dual outputs - RTD), the products have been designed for applications where board space is at a premium. These 2,0 W converters have only a slightly larger footprint than conventional 1,0 W converters, says the manufacturer.
Input voltages are 5,0 V d.c. or 12,0 V d.c., output voltages 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, 15 V, and ±5 V, ±9 V, ±12 V and ±15 V. Efficiency is 75% min. Custom specials are available upon request.
The full output power is available over the operating temperature range -40 to +85°C without additional cooling. All converters have an I/O-Isolation of 1000 V d.c. Pin tolerance is specified at 0,1 mm according to IEC 191 6:1990, and assures troublefree automatic IC-style processing.
