Infineon's integrated TDA 21201 switch features a gate driver plus two power MOSFETs in one package, integrating one phase of a buck DC-DC converter and providing high power density while simplifying circuit design and board layout.
Key features are: 30 A current rating (for compact converter design); efficiency >85% means low heat dissipation; fully integrated power stage allows easy design and board layout; SMD and heatsink versions are available; offered in industrial standard TO 220/TO 263 packages.
