Within the last two months, Trinity Telecomms says it has recorded an unprecedented 10 000 visits to its Website. Trinity Telecomms is the African distributor for Wavecom's GSM, GPRS and CDMA wireless modems and modules.
Derick Roberts, general manager for Trinity Telecomms, said that this high hit-rate has surprised them because it surpassed the industry norm. "Our new website went on-line at the beginning of November. We expected a few visits but were overwhelmed as the number of hits grew daily. Within two months we registered nearly 10 000 visits by prospective customers."
"At Trinity Telecomms our mission is to supply our customers with outstanding service and the website is part of the process. We are thrilled that this service is being utilised by so many interested parties," he added.
