Coilformer range expanded

EP cores were especially developed for the design of transformers with high inductance requiring only small space. Its compact design also minimises stray-fields. In reaction to the latest industry demands, Norwe's well known EP coil-former series has been enlarged with the EP 5 coilformer in SMD1 type version.

The cubic design allows space-saving assembly on the PCB. A separate snap-on cap allows automatic mounting of the wound component with the two ferrite halves and pick-and-place assembly of the whole component is possible.
