Infineon Technologies offers a general-purpose transistor array with two precision-matched transistors in one SOT 363 package. The BCM 846 (2 x NPN type) and BCM 856 (2 x PNP type) have low collector-emitter saturation voltage and galvanic isolation between the transistors. The BCM 846 S and BCM 856 S are ideal for applications requiring exactly matched collector currents and minimal electrical losses (eg, current mirrors, differential amplifiers, and low-cost voltage regulators). Key features are precision-matched transistor pair; independent operation of both transistors; low collector-emitter saturation voltage which gives low power losses; 200 mA peak collector current; and 6-pin SMT package (SOT 363).
