Low-profile power modules power factor corrected

Northwest Power Integrations (NPI) - a Vicor Integration Architect - has introduced a new series of its PowerBank family of low-profile power supplies that adds power-factor correction capability. From inputs of 115/230 V a.c., it provides up to six configurable main outputs and two low power auxiliary outputs. Designated PowerBank PB1506PFC, output power is 1200 W at 110 V a.c. and 1500 W at 220 V a.c.

At 1U, this unit was designed with 19" rack applications in mind, but it can also be used as a standalone box. Many mounting options make it suitable for a variety of applications. Internal fans provide cooling and dimensions are only 427,7 x 320,0 x 44,5 mm high (LxWxH).
