High current inductors with low loss

BI Technologies' low profile surface mount inductor with a closed magnetic circuit design for high density PCB assemblies, the HM65 Series, feature a ferrite core with low losses and exhibit current capabilities up to 20 A. Specially designed for machine placement, these low-profile inductors are compatible with vapour phase and infrared reflow soldering.

The HM65 Series inductors feature inductance ratings from 1 to 10 µH and from 5 to 20 A (inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0,25 V). DC resistance ranges from 2,5 to 13,5 mΩ, and operating temperatures range from -25 to +135°C.
