High conductor pull-out values with square crimping shape

The Crimpfox Vario 4S crimping tool from Phoenix Contact ensures reliable processing of insulated, uninsulated, and TWIN ferrules.The integrated pressure lock guarantees a complete and process-reliable crimping cycle and, when necessary, can be released without using a special tool.
The tool’s self-adjusting crimping jaw enables the processing of ferrules in accordance with DIN 46228-1 and -4, and with special collars in the cross-section range from 0,25 to 4 mm2 as well as TWIN ferrules up to 2 x 1,5 mm2 without having to make adjustments. In addition, the crimping tool supports a cross-section range from 6 to 10 mm2 and 16 mm2.
The special square crimping shape results in maximum possible contact surfaces and high conductor pull-out values, which are therefore also ideal for spring connection technology.
